The Dev-Pro Company was founded by a successful entrepreneur and US citizen, Jeff Bianco, in September 2011. The long history, vast experience, and in-depth understanding of the technology domain are the foundation of our company's success. Before founding Dev-Pro, Jeff gained extensive experience as a long-time partner, manager, and client of Ukrainian IT services. Jeff fully appreciates the importance of customer service, communication and visibility, and built Dev-Pro on these core values. Drawing upon his extensive experience working with Ukrainian specialists, Jeff assembled a dedicated and trusted team of 450+ professionals who share the same values, are totally committed to clients' success, and work hard to deliver the experience of excellence to them. For many years Jeff and his team have built their own software products and gained the experience that now positions Dev-Pro to exceed client expectations. Some team members have been working alongside Jeff for more than 14 years, and most of the management team has known Jeff for more than 6 years.
