FLG was originally established in 2007 as a platform to process leads with the financial and legal sectors.
Since then, the original product has grown to become the UK’s leading specialist lead management platform, with over 300 customers and almost 5,000 unique users.
In 2014 the Group launched the workflow and chatbot product Flow XO, which has since become one of the leaders in the global chatbot space. Today, FLG remains a privately owned, funded and managed business, with headquarters in Padiham (just outside Burnley in the North West of England).
Within FLG we have two unique business units - FLG Business Technology (our lead management software) and FLG Software (Flow XO), each of which originally ran in its own right. In April 2018 we joined the two companies under a new FLG Group ownership, which is the first step in bringing alignment to these two fantastic products.
