PAKKO Holding LLC is one of the leading trading companies in Western Ukraine. It was founded in 2007 on the basis of the PAKKO corporation. The company includes the Vopak supermarket chain and the PAKKO cash & carry the network. As of February 2012, PAKCO Holding operated a network of 85 retail outlets in nine regions of Western and Central Ukraine - 73 Vopak supermarkets and 12 PAKKO self-service wholesale stores.
According to the Forbes publication, the holding's revenue in 2012 amounted to 1.4 billion UAH, and profit - 7.7 million UAH. According to the Korrespondent magazine, the PAKKO holding owns 1.3% of the total retail market of Ukraine, the network’s revenues in 2012 amounted to 1.7 billion hryvnias, and net income - 7.7 million hryvnias. The general director of the company is Oleg Marchenko, the chairman of the supervisory board is Vladimir Mikulich.
