Янгеля»</span> является одним из самых известных и признанных в мире научно-конструкторских предприятий по разработке ракетно-космической техники.&nbsp; Этот авторитет базируется на уникальном опыте в создании ракетно-космической техники, накопленном за более 60 лет существования предприятия, и подкрепляется умением развиваться в современных экономических и политических реалиях, гибко реагируя на потребности мирового космического рынка. Усилиями коллектива КБ «Южное» и организаций-партнеров были созданы девять типов космических ракет-носителей, с использованием которых произведено около 500 запусков и выведено на орбиты более 1100 космических аппаратов. В активе КБ «Южное» большое количество успешных разработок космических транспортных систем, многие из которых стали достижениями мирового уровня.\r\n<p class=\"align-center\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; \"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">Реализованные проекты КБ «Южное»</span></span></p>\r\nУсилиями коллектива КБ «Южное» и организаций-партнеров были созданы девять типов космических ракет-носителей, с использованием которых произведено около 500 запусков и выведено на орбиты более 1100 космических аппаратов.В активе КБ «Южное» большое количество успешных разработок космических транспортных систем, многие из которых стали достижениями мирового уровня. К ним можно отнести, например, создание экологически чистого ракетно-космического комплекса «Зенит», который характеризуется высокой надежностью, полной автоматизацией подготовки и пуска ракеты-носителя, высокой точностью выведения космических аппаратов на орбиты.\r\nВ настоящее время все большую роль в реализации ракетно-космических проектов играет международное сотрудничество. Так КБ «Южное» принимает участие в эксплуатации американской ракеты-носителя среднего класса «Антарес» для доставки грузов на Международную космическую станцию, и создании ракеты-носителя «Циклон-4М», предназначенной для запусков космических аппаратов с территории Канады.\r\nНа базе отработанных технологий ракет-носителей семейства «Зенит» и «Циклон» коллективом КБ «Южное» создается новое перспективное семейство ракет-носителей «Маяк».\r\nПримером нетрадиционного использования собственных разработок может служить проект «Днепр» – переоснащение межконтинентальных баллистических ракет РС-20, спроектированных и изготовленных в Украине еще в советское время, в ракеты космического назначения для запуска коммерческих спутников.<br />Успешное участие КБ «Южное» в программе по созданию европейской ракеты-носителя «Вега», для которой разработан и поставляется маршевый двигатель IV ступени.\r\nБолее 50 лет КБЮ разрабатывает, обеспечивает изготовление и запуск космических аппаратов различного назначения. За эти годы было разработано более 400 космических аппаратов 70 различных типов. Так, с учетом особой актуальности наблюдения Земли из космоса был разработан ряд спутников дистанционного зондирования Земли – «Сич-1», «Сич-2», «Egyptsat-1», в кооперации со смежниками были разработаны космические системы, включающие наземные комплексы управления, приема и обработки данных.<br />В настоящее время в рамках Национальной космической программы Украины и международных космических проектов создаются космические аппараты, предназначенные для дистанционного зондирования Земли и обеспечения связи, проведения научных исследований и контроля кризисных ситуаций, в том числе и в глобальном масштабе.\r\n\r\n<p class=\"align-center\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">ЦЕЛИ И ЗАДАЧИ</span></p>\r\n<p class=\"align-center\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; \"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">Задачи:</span></span></p>\r\n<ul><li>улучшать изображения, повышать его читаемость и информативность;</li><li>составлять карты местности;</li><li>осуществлять точную привязку космических снимков к реальным координатам и преобразовывать их в картографические проекции.</li></ul>\r\n<p class=\"align-center\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; \"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">Цель:</span></span></p>\r\n<ul><li>Повышение точности привязки изображений, прошедших первичную обработку (по параметрам внешнего ориентирования)</li></ul>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"align-center\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">РЕШЕНИЕ</span></p>\r\nВ основу ПО <span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">ERDAS IMAGINE</span> положена технология обработки данных, преобразования, привязки, измерений, анализа и представления итогового результата в виде изображений поверхности Земли, карт, планов, схем расположения объектов или территорий, обладающих определенными признаками. В связи с этим сделан акцент на использование возможностей программного продукта <span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">ERDAS IMAGINE</span>, хорошо проверенных многолетней практикой использования сообществом потребителей продукции космических систем. КБ «Южное» на протяжении 11 лет использует продукцию Hexagon.\r\nПрограммный пакет <span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">ERDAS Imagine Advantage</span> и его дополнительный модуль <span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">Imagine Expansion Pack</span> будут использоваться проектным подразделением&nbsp; ГП «КБ «Южное» для обработки, визуализации, просмотра и анализа космических снимков.\r\n<span style=\"font-style: italic; \"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; \">Пример.
