Model description

The ROI model is based on the results of a study by Forrester Consulting, commissioned by Microsoft. The goal of the study was to determine the overall economic impact and potential return on investment in enterprises as a result of the introduction of Office 365 E5.

50 organizations were examined that meet the following criteria:

  • they all used Office 365 E5
  • with a head office in North America or the UK
  • number of employees - at least 2000
  • the most common industries: services in the corporate and private sectors, technology, manufacturing, financial services, government
