Developed by the specialists of the State enterprise "PKTB ASUZT UZ", the system of ASBO "Phobos" provides, firstly, automated accounting of all units of accounting - from the initial accounting to the formation of financial statements; secondly, the automation of the jobs of accountants, economists, storekeepers, regulators, reporters and, accordingly, the provision of integrated automation of all economic operations in the structural units of the railways. The automated program takes into account the specifics of the organization of work and the peculiarities of accounting for all structural units of the railways. The program can also be used to conduct annual audits of financial statements in accordance with international standards, for its use organized the maintenance of the base of fixed assets, intangible assets, stocks, information on accounts receivable, which is required for proper management decisions, etc. In addition, the program integrates with other systems - ACMC, Cadre ACS, Lockbridge ACS, ERPV ACS, Client Bank, MTZ Warehouse ACS, as well as information networks of the Pension Fund, the State Tax Service.
