The Booths reflect the imagery of a real-world tradeshow booth with desks and displays. A virtual booth can deliver multimedia such as videos and audio messages or other slide-show presentations. A customer can manage the booths himself using a user-friendly configurator. The cost of configuring booths by the Hyperfair company is 250 euros per booth. For this, the customer should prepare the banners of the right size and all other uploadable content for further configuration.
At customer’s request the Pavilions, that represent the stages of the building, can be equipped with booths, private rooms, auditoriums, advertising banners, panels of galleries, etc. The main purpose of the pavilion is creating the best conditions for organization and holding exhibitions, festivals, fairs, corporate events.
The conferences take place in virtual Auditoriums - places where participants can join for group video meetings. The conferences can be held by screen sharing, presentation, or recorded video. Visitors can communicate with a speaker and among themselves by chatting during the conference.
The Hyperfair Platform has different kinds of Rooms by customer's request - private with or without Access Code, forum area, open area. The private rooms are for individual conversation, consultation. The one-to-one room is only for a meeting of two attendees.
The Gallery can represent an Art Gallery made of panels with posters showcasing products (clickable or URL links). The price is per panel and by customer's request.
API SSO is API from a customer website that redirects attendees to the Environment without additional logins/passwords. Hyperfair provides a secret protocol, according to registration fields and procedure (attendees, exhibitors, journalists, and others).
The Hyperfair team provides one day of Assistance that includes to your Budget.
Coordination & Management in the price is the service that includes environment activation, structure, branding & Booth set-up, coordination with customers and train the trainer for effective implementation. It will cost 15% of your Budget at the price.
