Implemented range of equipment: from SOHO products (Small & Home Office) to complex industry-specific solutions, with the involvement of highly specialized engineers. Department accompanied by certified brand managers hardware and software solutions for the preparation and implementation of projects. System Integration Division, consisting of certified engineers, operates as a department of implementation and technical support of automation projects, management and implementation of high-tech equipment and a large team of qualified installers of electrical and communications networks. Service group, whose main tasks are the post-sales service, technical advice, technical support of hardware equipment fleet. AYACOM The company constantly improves the quality of service, which uses System Manage Engine Service Desk for MSP. Coordination and work of the service department is organized in accordance with the best practices ITILv3 knowledge library.
